For four years, David Dawson has been the man who answers the first inquiry calls to AHCTS from prospective trainee chefs. He started out training at AHCTS, has worked as a chef and run his own catering company. Preparing a real meal for real diners in a restaurant setting is an exciting learning experience for Auckland Hotel and Chefs Training School cookery students. Family, friends, fellow students and chef tutors are invited to AHCTS to dine in the school’s restaurant, enjoying a delicious meal prepared entirely by the students. National Certificate in Hospitality Cookery Level 2 – Levi Philp New Zealand Certificate in Cookery Level 4 – Leiscni Murgatroyd New Zealand Diploma in Cookery Advanced Level 5 – Lisle Sia Lisle also gained distinction in her London City & Guilds exams.
