Application and Enrolment Guide
We encourage all applicants to visit the school prior to enrolment. Individual orientations can be organised prior to enrolment. Contact AHCTS administration office by telephone, fax or email.

The Administration office will send an International application form.
Complete and sign the AHCTS International Student Application Form.
Attach certified translated copies of your:
- Academic records and any official examination certificates.
- Evidence of your English language proficiency i.e. IELTS or TOEFL.
- If in New Zealand – also include high school or language school reports
- Passport or birth certificate

A conditional place of study may be offered if additional information is required e.g. You may meet the academic requirements but your English level does not meet that of the admission criteria, or you may need to send further supporting academic documentation. It means that you are offered conditionally a place to study in the program.
If you meet all entry requirements an enrolment form will be posted/emailed for completion.
If you accept the offered programme you must complete the enrolment form and return a signed copy.
An Offer of Place will be issued to you when all the outstanding conditions are met.
When your tuition fees are paid in full you will be issued with a receipt and letter. You will need these to obtain a STUDENT VISA from New Zealand Immigration Services.
An incomplete application or enrolment form will possibly delay processing please read all areas and return do not fax or email applications or enrolment forms. (Send certified copies only)
