Kerri Lamb
Chef Tutor

Kerri Lamb has been involved in the hospitality industry since 1991. Once attaining his qualifications Kerri worked in various high-end restaurants in New Zealand and overseas, eventually running and operating his own restaurants, cafes, and catering companies.

Kerri has been employed at Auckland Hotel & Chefs Training School since January 2006 as a Chef Tutor and is responsible for presenting the level three cookery units. Kerri’s qualifications include; London City and Guilds 706/1 and 2, assessor’s Certificate 4098 from HSI, Food Safety (167) and a Certificate in Tertiary Teaching from AUT.

Kerri also has a degree in personal training from the New Zealand College of fitness, he intends to continue his studies, embarking on his Graduate Diploma in Tertiary Teaching.
