James (Jimbo) has been at the Auckland Hotel & Chefs Training School since March 2007 in the role of security, parking and stock control. More recently Jimbo has taken on the responsibility of food and equipment technician.

This role requires Jimbo to assist both staff and students in their kitchen practicals and overcome any problems that may arise. Jimbo's great sense of humor and affable approach makes students feel welcome and at ease. These attributes combine to make Jimbo a great asset to the team at AHCTS.
