Peter began his career as a chef in England 1988, eventually immigrating to New Zealand in 1994.  Peters’ experience includes; hotels, cruise ships, well-known restaurants within New Zealand and Europe, private catering for corporate clients, weddings and events.  Peter has owned a successful catering company in Auckland since 2006.

Peter joined the Auckland Hotel & Chefs Training School in March 1998 as a Chef Tutor and is responsible for presenting the level three cookery units.  Peter's qualifications include; London City & Guilds, 705, 706/2, 706/3, Food Safety (167,168), Assessors Certificate (4098) and a Certificate in Tertiary Teaching from M.I.T.
