History & Commitment

Our school was first established in 1986 and is the only private  hospitality training school of its type in central Auckland.

Our focus is purely on food service training. In 1989 we achieved NZQA accreditation (New Zealand Qualifications Authority).

Our NZQA accreditation ensures that our standards of education are set high and remain high, this, in turn, ensures our qualifications are both recognised and respected internationally.

Much of our success is attributed to the exceptional dedication and  enthusiasm shown by our tutors. They all currently work within their chosen fields and have a minimum 15 years industry experience. As a result, our tutorial standards are very high and relevant to todays industry standards.
